Customer Care

At 1000Frenchies.com, we aim to find Forever Homes for each of our high quality puppies without a worry in sight. Our care and attention to detail during whelping and weening is a time intensive and costly endeavor, leaving little room for error. Our customers and pet owners are welcome to reach out should there be any questions or concerns with their puppy. If we dont know the answer, we will help you find it. As we are not licensed veterinarians, our immediate response is for the care of your pup, so please seek medical advise if there is an emergency. The understanding and knowledgable owners will address your non-emergency concerns in a timely manner. 

 

As a standard we do not fit our puppies into Forever Homes for removal at the first site of the unknown. Dogs in general are not for the weak of heart and Frenchie parenting is no exception. Their farts can be near toxic and zoomies can lead to holes in your carpet, so be prepared for a wild ride. For more serious issues, we will review veterinary recommendation and make sound judgment in attempting to appeal to customers on a case by case basis and adhere to our contractual obligations and warranty. 

Privacy & Safety

We use third-party banking software to verify payment. We keep data provided by customers for contact for a two year period and shred and/or delete after this time. 

Ensuring the utmost privacy of our users is a fundamental value for our business.  Our goal is to maintain a long-lasting and loyal user base, creating an environment where they feel secure and confident in returning to our site.

- Affirm (+6% Fee to be Paid in Cash at Pickup)
